this company really does give its employees all the tools that they need to succeed in their job, only down side is minimum wage when goals aren't met. but other then that a stellar place with a vibrant set of employees and managers willing to do all they canto lift you up and help you become the best you can be.

This is a great place to work!
|
If you love sales or are at least good at reading a script and being a people person you will do great. I routinely sold the most in the company or was at least in the top 3 and received CASH WEEKLY BONUSES. They have lunch on Fridays and you only work 30 hours a week, which is SO SO nice. They also have food in the office like snacks and fruit. 10/10 recommend.

It was a good job for what it was. I ran into a lot of customers with incredibly inappropriate things on their computers and quit because of that. I have no hard feelings towards them I just wouldn't recommend working for them.

I loved working here! One of the Managers caused problems though which led to me leaving but I have heard that person is gone and the company is back on track to being great! I would, given the opportunity, return here to work in a heartbeat!

Good place to work!

I liked the people and the work wasn't too bad. It took a few days to adjust to over the phone sales as it was my first time doing them, but after about a week, I had hit my stride and with a patient and helpful management staff, I didn't feel too much pressure to perform and didn't have a stressful experience.

You can make a lot of money if you sell alot. The draw is to sell alot of sales though you generally only sell a couple a day. Lots of fun aslong as you dont get stressed. The 15 sales a week quota seems easy but does take time to reach

Working at MY FAST PC was a good expierence and I worked there for 4 yrs. I miss some of the people that i worked with and the managment was good. They even give you lunches on fridays.

To be completely honest, when I first started working here, I loved it. I loved the people I worked with, my manager was so upbeat it helped my attitude everyday and I was starting to get the hang of making sales. As time went on, I started seeing the inner workings of the company, and let me tell you. Some is good, some is revolting.
1. If you're looking for any type of advancement, you HAVE to befriend the managers, because you will not advance if you exceed at actually doing your job.
2. The team leads are there to help you, but only if you're doing good for their team. If you are performing poorly, they might say "You got it!" but as far as coaching and motivation goes? Nonexistent.
3. They advertise the salary as some glorious thing that you immediately get as soon as you start. This is false. If you suck at your job, you will never hit the expectation they tell you when you first start off.
4. I figured this out as time went on, but you are taking advantage of elderly people. They donʻt know what they're getting themselves into. There have been multiple MULTIPLE times where Iʻve accidentally fixed their problem for them, yet my manager still told me to sell them. They donʻt need to spend $200 on a clean where I can fix it... for free. But you know, whatever works.
5. You get free lunch Fridays, which is AWESOME. I loved it. That was about the only thing though.
My Fast PC is a fun environment, they play music the whole shift, they have a cereal bar, fridge stocked full of fruit and drinks. But as far as management and the inner workings of the company... if you donʻt ask questions, this is the perfect job for you.

They have listed earning potential but it’s completely wrong. If you can make more than 10-12$ and hour that’s something new to everyone. It is cold calls, people enter their stuff online that they want someone to call them to help with computer issues. So you are calling old people that don’t even know they did that. You rip off old people, they teach you about what a “sick” computer is but it’s a lie. They just want you to pull wool over the olds eyes.
