Expectation to manage about 8-15 accounts with a team size of 5-6 members put a lot of workload on team members especially with needy customers using outdated equipment. It was a great learning experience but the structure of this MSP did not meet my standards. I did enjoy the company of my workers and the helpdesk manager. Management did not seem to care enough and it seems like a lot of the system administrators were overworked and underpaid for the job that was being done. | Fun co-workers and work culture.
