- Fun and great working culture. You can be yourself and infect your own personality and energy into the company. Most days are fun even when the chips are down.
- There is opportunity to make money if you apply yourself correctly to be successful.
- Excellent local marketing support. You have the opportunity to use these resources to help you with your own challenges, projects and goals.
- The PR services industry is tired and fairly backward. Mynewsdesk embraces technology and being seen as a credible and forward thinking organisation. They do some great events.

- It can be challenging at times being a remote territory. Often its hard to get across the differences and needs of the UK to HQ in Stockholm.
- The overall business did seem to lack direction and clear leadership for a period from the top. Often projects and strategies were changed without clear communication or consultation on why and particular promises were not kept. Some of the decisions seemed not to be for the best interests for the remote territories. This did create a 'them' and us' culture and really did not help in trying to achieve aggressive targets.
- There is a bit of a meeting culture when this time could be spent better actually getting on with the tasks at hand.
- The company had a superb and unique culture, with great business values. These got lost a little.

- Act more like a global business. The opportunity is there if you listen to the local markets and act.
- Reintegrate the excellent business culture and business values. It made staff happy and perform better, and most importantly made them feel valued and wanting to stay.
