THE WORST COMPANY EVER

They're liars and searching for the impossible!
First of all they lie to their customers saying that they're based in the US, All their team is in Morocco, Casablanca since they don't pay the employees here as much as in the US ( They only have a team of 3 in THE US ).
In their employment requirements they ask for a computer savvy and someone who's willing to learn sales, They DO NOT ask for sales pros as they cannot pay someone who has Master degree in sales.
I went there as the requirements fit me perfectly, but that was really not what they were looking for, they're just trying to find someone who can miraculously be good at sales and keep them as if they're playing poker.
The training lasts 4 days, and the manager spends a maximum of 30 minutes with the newbies everyday, all we did was sitting in the balcony as we didn't have much things to do.
The owner puts his nose in every single hole that he could find, doesn't trust his managers who handles newbies, and tries to teach us 'PITCHES' on how to talk on the phone ( What a joke ) !
Most of people got kicked out on their second day of the training, FOR NO REASON!
The manager didn't show us how to do a DEMO UNTIL THE D-DAY of calling, whoever had a demo, had to stop the calls and look for someone to help them!
The environment is TOXIC as everybody talks behind everybody's back, even the owner's as nobody respects him, everyone acts nice but the toxicity is unbearable!
Instead of choosing the candidates that they like and have them for training for at least a Month before going to phone, which is what usually call centers does! They just waste 30 minutes of your time every day for 4 days and put you on the phone even though you're not ready, and if you don't make a sale they pressure you and the owner threatens to kick you out of the company!

Get good developers and designers who can make a website and ads from scratch instead of buying themes and change their colors ( Your websites look OLD and UGLY).
Stop lying to clients you make them pay their money and back off, by the way we're in 2020 nobody trusts the internet anymore, instead of asking people to use their credit card info while doing the demo for them, You have tons of developers, ask them to add a Paypal/CC payment directly from the website, as your technic looks like an INDIAN SCAM and each individual who works for you has a copy of the promo form so if they quit they can easily steal these poor people's money !!
SAAD the OWNER, if you don't trust your Managers DONT HIRE THEM!! if you think you're better just be the instructor and manager and owner, a TIP from an ex employee ( Stay home and calculate the money that you receive every month instead of stressing people out ).
- Learn how to tell your people to clean after themselves, The toilets are constantly dirty and the kitchen stinks!! the food area is always full of people's leftover!
Get a Micromanagement because everyone there is acting like kids from the Owner to the last person !

Where do I start? Training is so bad. They put you on the phones on your third day and you are expected to make 80 to 100 calls per day calling dealers without knowing everything about the product. They let so many people go after only a couple of weeks like myself and the boss does a spineless phone call to tell you that you have been fired and it compromises your livelihood. I do not put this job on my resume because it's a joke and I went back to selling on the salesfloor where I am most comfortable. Thanks for nothing, V12.

Working at V12software has been a very unique experience for me, I can say whole heartily! I am in the sales department and we have a terrific sales team. Everyone try’s to help each other. This job is for people who want to succeed and most importantly want to contribute to the long term success and growth of the company. True, if you are not selling or at least trying it is not the job for you. I have seen staff come in that worked very hard but just could not do sales and were moved to a different department because the company values great employees. The management team will do everything they can to support you and that I truly love!

I think management when I was there was always willing to help and teach along the way. You are kept track of pretty rigidly which I understand for a sales position you are the muscle in lifting the company. I think Stacee was a genuine and caring manager. I left because I felt that it wasn't my type of sales. Allow people to move to different areas once they have all that knowledge of v12 instead of "well didn't make it in sales, too bad." I think once the time is invested to teach and train people it would benefit the company to keep them maybe in a different area if one doesn't work.
