I received training and was very independent to manage all of the conversations and meetings with the clients. Happily I did closed a few contracts. I learned a lot, that I can apply in other experiences for my future. Very nice colleagues and managers from different nationalities. To gain more experience you need more time. I learned a lot about sales and new business development. I did all of the sales process, always with the help of my manager (if I needed). Manager was very supportive. Colleagues were nice, we also had good moments to share positive results. They do not have marketing plans and strategy is still based on cold call. They do not invest in more experience workers, they hire only interns for cold call.
