During my internship I looked at new possibility of business clients. I received training and was very independent to manage all of the conversations and meetings with the clients. Happily I did closed a few contracts. I learned a lot, that I can apply in other experiences for my future. Very nice colleagues and managers from different nationalities.

To gain more experience you need more time. When I started to feel confident in winning deals, my internship period was over (I had to go back to school).

I learned a lot about sales and new business development. I did all of the sales process, always with the help of my manager (if I needed). Manager was very supportive. Colleagues were nice, we also had good moments to share positive results.

Management is micro managing, they are very presumptuous because they do not want to innovate and they keep selling the same product since 2007 but at the same time the company has not grow much. They do not have marketing plans and strategy is still based on cold call. They do not invest in more experience workers, they hire only interns for cold call. You can't learn /grow much and that is why interns leave after 6 months.
