This company backs that up. It is easier obviously being a smaller company and a non for profit credit union, but nevertheless it is a good company run by people that want all who are inside the walls to succeed. Solid pay, ok incentives, good culture. Shout out to John Brandt and Darci Bartman, 2 of my favorite individuals of any workplace I have been in. I have not worked their for a number of years so many things may have changed but I would highly doubt this culture has changed significantly. When I was there, I did feel like we were growing and I think the fun part of that was "we." It did feel like that rather than just saying the company. I know a lot of people on the backend wore a good amount of hats and stayed busy. If I didnt have a money motivation, I would have loved to be at this company for my career. With any banking kind of company, incentives and commission are not exactly ideal depending on who you are. I do believe with its structure (non profit bank), it pays just fine, but for those who want to challenge themselves in a workplace and find financial success, these sort of places are not ideal.
