They have bought and integrated companies, just to some months later close them, or lay off a substancial amount of people. The company's bad mood is clearly visible inside meetings. There are a lot of people anonymously questioning the decisions of the company. Which is what they should do! The most recent reply from the CPO was more or less: "I cannot stand these trolly questions anymore. People should leave the company if they want to continue with this anonymous trolling". The thing is that the "anonymous trolling questions" are highly voted, so it for sure means that more people feel badly about something that the questions are expressing. This kind of attitude from the company has made many people leave to other places. They don't care about people anymore, this is all about business. -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NEUTRAL -1.0 DISAPPROVE 0.0 2.0 5.0 1.0 3.0 2.0 2.0 954578 Open To the C-Level: that attitude is the exact reason why we should have anonymous questions. The “If you don’t agree with what I think, maybe this company is not the right one for you” kind of reply is the worse response anyone could give. The “important” or “trolly” questions are not defined by what you or I think. They are defined by the company itself, the employees. If the question is not relevant, it will be downvoted. If a “trolly” question is highly voted, have you considered this might be a concern of many people from the company, just not expressed properly? There should be no backlash on people’s opinion. Our situation changed a little bit while merging with FreeNow. It's always tough time to lose the project you signed and worked for.
