This is a company that will reward you for your hard work, initiative, and perseverance. In an industry where employee turnover is usually high, let me tell you the reasons why I’ve stayed this long here at MyTime: 1. It’s a startup that is registering aggressive growth. I’m proud of our award-winning product that just keeps on rolling and delivering astounding results to our clients worldwide. 2. Ideation is an ongoing activity where all employees are encouraged to participate. 3. Deeply ingrained corporate values 4. Team culture where everyone builds up the others. (All for one, one for all mentality) And mind you, all team members are brilliant in their own special ways. 5. The work can be a bit challenging at first, but working here has taught me a lot and it does get easier. The company encourages us to take initiative and try to solve our issues alone. There are plenty of opportunities for learning and management is really supportive and helpful. They take their time to help you understand anything you might have issues with. The company is customer-oriented and our customers always come first. The support and respect I get from my colleagues are unbelievable and I’m really happy to be here. We are encouraged to go by our guts and give our own suggestions, but make sure to use data when it comes to final decisions.
