Great job environment, very interesting projects and a genuine interest in people. The company has its own food court, video games area and some outdoor activities. Also, they are located in San Pedro, the safest area in Monterrey.
|
Well, some times the company requires you to work long hours. In general terms they are not open for work-from-home. They are not really big on training and occasionally there is time off between projects, which I don't like.

Great company. Definitely a place to learn. Senior people with a lot of experience. Very close relation with your partners, bosses and even the CEO levels.
Very friendly and familiar environment. A lot of experience and knowledge on the mobile world (carries, marketing, wap sites, mobile marketing, billing and so on).

The work load is not equitative.Teams with too much work. Extra time is seen as an obligation. And all projects and things are for yesterday.
Same benefits package than 5 years ago. There's no improvement in this area and management level is not willing to mody this.
Promotion process is very confusing and not clear at all.

Great company, but need to improve your benefit packages because it is almost what the law asks for, and some employees leave because of this. And also need to check the workload of some important areas.
