Would Not Recommend
- Very talented and experienced account executives and solution consultants
- Pay is competitive
- Cool HQ
- Micro managing to a degree I have never witnessed in my 8 years of carrying a bag. One size fits all approach that negated employees from providing feedback/recommendations.
- Indecisiveness. The solution messaging/positioning seemed to have changed quarterly and territories did as well.
- Competitive landscape. The big players have caught up.
- Structure - Resources were not in place to develop a proper channel program. At the time, it was one channel manager per 3-4 reps spanning vast territories.

When the majority of reps consistently do not achieve sales targets it is perhaps time to evaluate the leadership strategy/leadership team vs. blaming the sales team. A one size fits all process across the territories is not appropriate. Hire resources to develop the channel and put programs in place to incentivize the channel to want to work with you.

Great working environment, but pay equity issues
Fun atmosphere, flexible work, pays pretty well, great upside of pay with commission in sales, company is doing well, has a great product with so much promise, never has done a layoff.
Pay equity clearly an issue. Merit cycles don't exist for some teams, and raises are extremely minimal even with new titles and promotions. Pay doesn't align well from team to team where more entry level people and new hires are receiving more than higher ups in similar departments with good performance. Difficult for younger lower-level positions to grow - often are hiring from outside instead of promoting from within. No 401k matching. 15 years behind socially and with diversity, really not with the times and not making much of an effort to diversify leadership and sales specifically, both race and gender-wise

If you truly are employee-first, be more rigorous with pay cycles and keeping equity. Would be smart to get a pay equity audit to check that. We talk about how much cash we have on hand but then don't give people raises, and when we do, they're minimal. People shouldn't have to step in and advocate that they deserve a raise after years of solid performance. It should come automatically.
