Despite leaving, I trust that the executive leadership is steering the ship in the correct way and they've developed an excellent formula for success. Most specifically with sales organization, product development and vision, support and professional services. The culture is also unbeatable. While salaries could be higher, the quality of life at Nasuni is top tier. But upper management have no clue (or don't care) about what happens on the ground. They have no problem overworking their employees. They play politics at the expense of their employees. And when it doesn't work, they change the statistics, change the procedures, mask the numbers and throw more work at the employees. HR provides good benefits, but are useless to protect employees.
