Ridiculous office politics - almost everyone in management is either related to the president or related to the president's best friend, who happens to be the warehouse manager. They pay women in sales less than they pay the men and, on average, their pay is much less than the industry standard. Management is more concerned with their own egos then they are with the well-being of the company and therefore completely ignore any input made by subordinates. Management is more than willing to tell you what you're doing wrong but is completely unable and / or unwilling to help you grow and learn. At best you'll be pointed to a Google search and be expected to learn from overly complicated material that was designed for metallurgists. Loyalty and dedication mean absolutely nothing here and no matter how committed you are to this company, the chances are pretty good that you will still be treated like you are worthless.
