My time here has been mediocre. I'd love to become a permanent employee, it has been dfficult to find a permanent position. They have gotten away with paying us below minimum wage of what a new hire would make and they keep extending our contract. No benefits or fair pay makes working here stressful. Other than that, the job is not difficult.

Typical call center! Lots of calls and irritated policyholders…they will start expecting you to pick up the work of higher departments without increasing pay. The managers are pretty good as well, some more than others.
QA is a joke and often mark off things that can be disputed, wasting time.
