There aren't chances for professional development in any way. The management is 100% apathetic to everything that isn't sales related, and they'll terminate someone who has worked for the company for years without so much as a write-up. Low standards mean little work accountability and lots of sitting around doing nothing literally everything else. I worked here for several months, I'll get the complaints out of the way first. -You're never trained, or properly trained to do your job. They teach you a script and want you to make as large of a volume based reach to get potential clients as you possibly can. -The rejection rate is high, unless you can really do the work yourself the research the relationship development and natural sales and closing abilities you very likely can fail. -The CEO Fires whoever he pleases whenever he pleases. He also rewards those who work hard and share similar mindsets or visions for his company, he sit's on the sales floor and is very connected to sales team. -Once promoted to a SR. Advisor their are good money making opportunities and a huge commission structure... and this is if...again... you can gain clients and have the sales/relationship type mind and brain to succeed. -Office is really nice in a great location. -Free Beverages when working, hour lunch, benefits, really strong work life balance understanding. -Smart and Connected CEO and upper management. If you take interest and work hard they have a wealth of knowledge to be taught and learned. -Ping Pong and Pool table on 1st floor of Business, 8-5 work schedule Monday through Friday. The management is great and very helpful and easily approachable. All the staff is friendly and welcoming to new people. You cannot be timid by phones at this job, seeing as you're expected to make 100 calls a day. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, Working close to the CEO is a small company you learn alot.
