Success comes easy if you are part of the ultra exclusive “boys club”. If you aren’t one of the lucky few, good luck to you. If you want your voice heard and your ideas welcomed to help improve efficiency and the business overall, this isn’t the place for you. The executive team has no idea how to run a business, and will ultimately fail due to their lack of direction, inability to let their team flourish, and refusal to evolve as the times are changing. Poor business sense aside, the executive team engages in completely unprofessional behavior that is nothing short of unsettling, making a joke out of the insanely high turnover rate, and bragging how they will fire anyone for any reason in an instant. There are some truly talented and passionate people who work at Native Union, and I look forward to seeing how they thrive and accomplish amazing things once they move on to a company who will recognize their ability.

Stop being two faced. If you hire someone for a role (especially the management and director positions) let them DO their job. Stop telling your team one thing and then going behind their back saying the opposite or that what you promised them will never happen. Treat employees equally, and don’t just favor one gender or nationality.
