Run credit card payments daily, batching checks & cc payments to correct departments for input into iMIS database, Mas90 journal entries & payables. Banking, sorting mail and distributing to proper departments. Learned Mas90, Paychex on-line payroll & Principal 401k I worked under the company CFO who was also the manager of the CA office. We had a casual and comfortable work environment. My co-workers in CA were friendly and we worked well together along with the staff in DC. Hardest part of my job at NPA was keeping busy. It was a much slower paced work environment than I was used to and I like staying busy.
