Generally the working standards should increase as per the new company. But here Garmin is 'DEGARADED' to Navionics standard. Many key persons who were serving the company from the foundation of company in Hyderabad were sacked in few min without any compensation. Entire quality and energitic life is dediciated to Navionics hyderabad but the thankless management never thought these are the ppl who were the pillers to grow the company from 1 to 200+ employees. The team members are working only because the good relationships with the indian managers/team leaders but not cunning nature of Italian managements. They have 'DUMMY' and useless HR. They show some beautiful carrerpath in Hyderbad but remember you will kill your carrer. For trainers only the company suitable for long run dont ever think it off. Its better to join any startup company than this. As long as 'Italian Management' present the quality and working culuter never improve. My sincere advise ' Do not join this company unless you dont have any other option'. They take care for their employees and create a positive work environment. The benefits are also fantastic. I find it’s a team atmosphere where people treat each other with respect, and I find my managers to be very supportive and caring. They listen and encourage input and ideas to not only improve our service to customers, but to improve the company atmosphere for the associates as well. Things have changed since the company was acquired by Garmin a few years back so the culture has improved greatly.
