I had just moved to the area and gotten hired via Spherion staffing on Faunce corner in Dartmouth. My manager was excellent, we had one week of training before being put on phones and left to answer emails for customer support. I felt prepared to take on the role after my training.

I found it to be a great place to work if you enjoy traveling and fishing. A typical day would be waking up at 4am and head to the lake we would collect bottom contours for a GPS chip as well as a Topographical map

Call Center(30sec in between calls), answering customer emails, processing orders and processing returns...all at the same time. With the understanding that your co-workers will overhear and pounce to critize you in front of other co-workers, in a be littling way.
It's an extremely fast past possition and the job itself is great. But the pay is not worth the stress and lack of respect.
