Expect 12 hour shifts every day for over 6 months straight without a single day off.
No communication on deployments.
Toxic leadership. Self serving 20+ year chiefs just hoping to go to war at some point in their career. just sticking around to make your life missrable.
Unreasonable and unnecessary musters and overly micromanaging employees off time.
you will miss many meals. usually in your 12 hour shift you may get to eat once depending on the toxicity level of your leadership. 6
