Easy work and decent pay. It is a pretty calm environment which is great, although it can get very boring after a while.

Not a challenging place to work. Highly pretentious management. You would think these Directors were working out at Google, yet we are simply a small no-name nonprofit. Also, most of these people value "credentials" and not ideas. The hierarchy is typical of DC, where results don't matter and it's about who is saying it, rather than what is said.

Get over yourselves. I really think they would be better off getting experience at larger companies, so they would know what real work is. Most of them come off as "highly important", but their achievements don't justify their arrogance.

Overall, the staff is great.

Overall, the leadership team is good! Unfortunately, leadership creates an environment of discord with a passive aggressive leadership style. Respect for the customer Relations department is minimal across the organization. Advancement is limited. Training is not setup for success.

They don't care about family members or personal matters. This business is only about themselves and money. Don't expect them to care about the individual. I thought this only applied to people taking the ARE because I have seen them charge rescheduling fees etc. when their members have died

|
Coworkers are welcoming at first. Easy accessible location. Free coffee and snacks when they stock them. Access to building gym and fitness classes.
|
Management does not care anything about the customer service department. Training was a joke and they absolutely played favorites. Was told there would be time offline to work and that was a total lie. Everyone is in fear for their job and if you say anything to upper management or HR it falls on deaf ears and you can expect major retaliation. This place is wolf in Sheeps clothing. Don't waste your time.
