Lovely and supportive people that I really enjoyed working with! My direct Management was very supportive and tried their best to work with what they had as many cuts/higher level decisions were made.

More and more work put on people. When people leave or are let go, they often aren't replaced and more work is put on others. Senior Leadership doesn't seem to have a pulse on many of the stresses the sales team are going through. I didn't receive one salary increase while I was there and although some room to grow, no incentive tied to it. CEO oftne spoke in a way that I felt reflected a complete lack of understanding and empathy for team.

Work from home. If they decide to go back to the office I don't think I will stay
People on my team are great to work with, there are some really great people at Nelson.

Management on all levels is terrible to deal with. The employees are great, but the managers I have dealt with act as though they are better than everyone else.
I was expecting a great company culture when I joined and believed it until I completed my first week. I quickly realized that management is only interested in making themselves look good.

Take time to understand the pressure you have placed on your employees and how hard they work for you. The only time we receive any updates is from our HR department when they tell us someone has left or we have done something wrong. I can go days without hearing from my manager and when I do its because someone else above her is upset and wants something fixed.
