Really not too sure there are many pros. Maybe I could say they had some great employees, which will be with me a lifetime.

Bad. Bad. Management. No training, employees were demeaned and belittled for alot of things. Maybe that's why company is closed, forced to sell out?

You could say alot to help management but they would never listen. No raises, no help when needed. Alot of overspending at the top. Greg was the worst boss / owner ever.

Greg Nelson has a very bad temper and has no problem expressing it. He takes great joy in blowing up and screaming at employees in front of the other workers, even vendors.
His verbal abuse includes swearing and name calling. The hostile work environment resulted in the warehouse logistics manager quitting. At least 90% of the staff have quit or been terminated.

There are none at all. If you are extremely desperate, looking for short-term stressful employment then this is it, but I strongly urge you to stay unemployed.

Where do I begin? The posting from the former clerical employee pretty much covered the emotional and verbal abuse we suffered at the hands of Greg Nelson and his incompetent management staff.
Regarding the sales department, the commission structure is not near what other companies in the same industry pay. We spent most of our time fixing customer problems due to poor warehouse management and daily reporting of what we were doing, than actually DOING our job. They requested daily sales meetings that resulted in Greg yelling, threatening and demoralizing the sales staff. Not a positive way to start the day and certainly not productive. He is a bully, liar and pompous ass. Anyone with self respect and self confidence, please stay away from this company! He will certainly beat you down and make you feel like you are worthless and incapable.

Once the company became solely owned by Greg Nelson pros are nonexistant

When I first arrived at Nelson it was jointly owned by the Nelson brothers and their parents were silent partners. While there one of the brothers pushed the others out, and everything went downhill.
The now sole owner of the company is a jerk, plain and simple. His opinion is the only one that matters and he will not listen to reason or look at the facts before making decisions. He verbally abuses the staff and I have personally seen him bring employees to tears with his relentlessness yelling and aggression.
If you want to be talked to like a 5 year old this is the place for you. If you want to be monitored like you're incapable of making adult decisions, apply at Nelson. If you enjoy working for a racist bigot, work at Nelson JIT. If you have no plans to advance your career and you're happy cowering and fearing for you job on a daily basis, give Nelson JIT a try.
I worked there for three years without a raise. I had no direct management so I reported to three different managers that had no idea how to perform my job. Compared to others doing similar work I was grossly underpaid, but a raise was constantly dangled in front of the employees to keep their hopes up. I watched the owner repaint, remodel and get three new personal vehicles while we were "in hard times".
Oh, and they make hourly employees clean the lunch room too, in case you don't know your place...
