Employees are great! Teams get along well. Generous paid time off. Option to work from home at times.

Executive leadership is weak. There is no sense of direction. Relies too much on corporate office in Brazil. Zero sales generated in last two years. Sales team seems very incompetent.

There are very few as the company is going under.
|
Company is going under. Only have 2 customers Bayer and Bestbuy and I am sure they are sorry they choose Neogrid's Saas applications. The data is all wrong and the software always crashes. They have laid off almost all top leadership and sales team to save money. I would say save yourself the trouble of getting a job here. Also no raises or bonuses as they promise. COO just got laid off and the Director that worked there for 12 years resigned also and there is no CEO.
