The company seemed to be performing very well as per the quarter results and then one day all of a sudden there were layoffs, mostly the new hires who had been hired over a span of last six months. I had heard of such layoffs even the year before, unfortunately didn't come to know of it till I had joined the company. -1.0 NEGATIVE 1.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 282153 Open If you are not sure whether you need more people or not hire short term contractors and convert the ones you need into full time employees rather than wasting people's time by hiring and firing or much rather streamline your interview process to get the kind of people you want. Culture was open/good mainly because it starts from the top down. Great company to work for, but you will need to have agency contacts in place. The commission structure is a really good one. Difficult product to convey to clients, and you rely on the California people to make sure your campaign performs well. Depending on how many campaigns are running will effect what kind of time is devoted to your campaigns. The executive team here is incredibly smart in regards to emerging technology/industries and are constantly spinning their wheels around innovation which was exciting.
