A full time Scam and a money laundering company it is. None of the single 5 star review is correct, cz it is forcibly written by people who are involved and are friends with RRAJESH BAKSHI. People who are writing SALARIED ON TIME, huhh,,, really ... what time... which month, he doesn't even spend a single penny from his pocket. Investors are after his life and he has maintained the forged accounts. The list is never ending. He (Rrajesh Bakshi) will lure you by throwing good names, but there is no respect in the market, no one knows his product, all he wants to hire is slaves. An outrageously ill mannered and arrogant man Rajesh treats everyone in the office as slaves. He can’t run a business, he doesn’t have people skills, he doesn’t understand the software industry and still wants to run a business. He should go to the remote villages of MP and run a jute mill or something. Guys if you’re reading this review as a potential employee don’t even think of joining this company (you can Thank me later). Nothing to write honestly. Guys, its not even a company. Bakshi couple don't pay salary, there is no PF or even the basic things that is needed for any employee. They haven't paid the salary for many employes and asked them to leave and shut their Hyderabad sales office. Bakshi who is the owner of the company is just like any shopkeeper who don't know how to run a software company. They just have Jumping Frog a stupid product which no one wants and these guys are so stupid in promoting it. Learned technologies like Spring, Hibernate, Angular JS 2.0 - I have also got chance to learn and manage the entire devops of our project including git, automation in deployment through jenkins, managing AWS cloud and many more. - You wil get chance and opportunity in multiple things, but you have to perform. What I believe whoever has mentioned here the negative about this company, they might have gone through the same phase. - Anyway which company would like to pay to non-performer. No Pros to be shared!! I am surprised on how well they play and got these POSITIVE reviews written. Uncountable -- if you happen to be Duped by the BAKSHI COUPLE 1) First they will offer you double of your current compensation to get you in this company. 2) Although, the salary period as per them is 7th - 10th of each month...but will never get credited before 15th and may take up to 20th.
