If you want to meet a company that hire people by lying to them then you should definitely work for them. They don't care at all about their employees and they will threaten to fire in each weekly meeting. They want the employees to do some magic so that their company suddenly becomes the most successful company while they treat their employees terribly. Be ready to work 12-14 hours a day. Employees are constantly lied to, condescended, and treated like delinquent school children in detention. If you work here, your job will be threatened daily for no reason and you will be in a constant state of fear, paranoia and panic. You will also be screamed at and called a loser often. Also, you'll be forced to work well over 40 hours with no additional pay, bonus or incentive of any kind. Arrogant, out of touch management with unrealistic expectations and a pressure cooker work environment that relies on culling the herd due to incompetence and inability to follow through on business plans. CEOs have experience with other slave-driving, unfair MCNs and have transitioned to this to further take advantage of content creators.
