Following the pandemic the cutbacks came immediately and the unified and security promoted environment was gone. No level of respect, or familiarity- just a quick and cold dismissal with hopes of a possible future once again within the company only to again be dismissed and left feeling expendable.

Get to my work station and make calls to general contractors. Atmosphere is great everyone is having a goodtime making money. Hardest part is not getting a sale and the pressure of not getting one can end in termination. Aggressive sales no sales job like it.

Insufficient training, 2-3 days before being thrown on the floor to make calls. Unprofessional environment, screaming, loud environment (which is rewarded), the customers end up hanging up. Cursing on the floor. No job security, if you have a bad week or bad day no matter how great your numbers are you are subject to a write-up or termination. If you come back from a break even 1 minute late they'll send you a chat message reprimanding you. Management curses at employees. Promotion based of management liking you, not skill, not numbers. Every employee is expendable, they lose their best employees and they're left with the loud and unprofessional.
