Good health, dental, and retirement through a union. Your choice of union or non. Plenty of help from other Engineers. You get your own office, laptop, phone, and truck. Everyone is very nice and enjoyable to work with. Office get together occurrences happen outside of work. | When you choose union you have to go to class three weeks a year for the whole week (40 hrs) for the five years to learn sheet metal mostly that is not really related to what you do for the company.
