The place has some good amenities like a gym and small kitchen. They just want you to clock in and not speak up 2) The managers seem entitled. A lot of people who work here are those Youtube haters in the comments who talk smack about teams and athletes. As an editor you're just another fish in the sea to them. The only way to advance is to brown nose your way to the top. You're pretty much not part of the company if you're a part timer.
