Management is totally dysfunctional. One day the company is investing and pushing developing products and technology, having lavish parties, spending like there is no tomorrow. The next they are laying off core employees. Leadership has no idea what they are doing, directions are confusing at best and the board of directors is asleep

The culture is great, lot's of activities that you don't see elsewhere. Our CEO cares about his employees and leadership team is engaged to ensure products meet higher quality standards.
