I enjoy working with Unique, amazing individuals and helping them get the most out of life! The houses are clean and beautiful. Some of the other employees are wonderful and truly care. The management and leadership is horrible. They always look to take the “easy way out”. They resort to “bribing” clients with food (and staff as well). Team Leads and management are more interested in having bodies to fill gaps in schedule rather than qualified people. It is encouraged and rewarded to “pick up shifts”.... even working 16+ hours/day- rather than be aware and alert to follow proper protocol and be able to pay attention to client’s needs. It is not unheard of that clients are left without staff - some have been left alone for hours and fallen. None. None. None. None The management team are a bunch of big headed unorganized disoriented men who don't give two woots about their staff or clients. The people who pull 40-80 hours a week get talked to like trash and belittled.
