Neuronetics is still managed like a start-up, though it isn't a start-up. The C-suite is only interested in the commercial operation and delivering top-line revenue w/o much consideration for the support services and ancillary operations that are required to grow and support all of that commercial activity. As such, the business operations and overall system are flawed and lead to underperformance and breakdowns in delivering the strategy and targets. There just isn't any depth behind the processes or operations as a whole. The teams are severely disconnected and siloed; it's a toxic x-functional nightmare. That said, the product is solid and has a great purpose.
