It was a fine place initial to start a career but I was not provided adequate training or support while trying to learn the systems. Technology felt generally outdated.

The management can be toxic and is known to be across multiple teams. The jerks are promoted for yelling at direct reports to make them work harder / more, and since it works, they get promoted often -- even if they don't get much work done.
