Never in my 25 year career have a seen a company with more shady business practices than this one. From out right lying to their customers about delivery dates, to covering up mistakes and not informing the customer, they do it all. The owners have no idea about manufacturing or engineering and make things up as they go along. They treat their staff like dirt and speak about everyone behind their backs. The fact that their parts are used in airplanes and spacecraft is a scary thought. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your manufacturing needs. They are understanding, and very caring. At the same time, they expect everyone to perform at their highest level at all times. They have no problem taking the time to educate their employees, as long as the employee shows interest to learn and understand. The CEO goes around the shop almost everyday greeting his employees. He is very caring man who you can consult about anything you need to. Phones are not allowed in the shop by any employee at anytime. Visitors must check-in their phone at the front desk prior to entering the company. Protective eye wear must be worn by everyone while the shop is running. These three laws (they are laws) are very critical, and are extremely reinforced. Any position in this company requires concentration, therefore, talking during working hours is very minimal. You will also have to account for everything you did during your shift, and the time you took on every job. If you are the type of person to call out often, this company may not be for you. Each job most likely will past by you. If you are not there to do your part, the job is in danger of not meeting the due date. If anyone was at a disadvantage during the day someone was always availabale to step in or help out. Upper management was very supportive and compensating to their employees to help further the business. The hardest part of the job was to see people leave if they just were not fit for the position given.
