Its definitely not the easiest job in the world, but you do have opportunity to make good money if you apply yourself. Depending on what sales team you are on will tell your hours. If you do get a job make sure you understand you are responsible for your customers.

Nice people to work with

The office was nice with nice people. The pay was substandard and there were always new programs that made it harder to cover expenses, meet goals and promote certain products. Car allowance was a joke.
Website was first rate. CRM was a waste of time. More credit was given to total notes VS substantial information. (one person incorporated phrases from the Mickey Mouse theme song and was praised for the total number of notes entered)

Great company to work for, but like any large company they were bound to have a few wingnuts that find their way into the middle and senior management positions. Dynamic business environment, can be fast-paced and repetitive but if you don’t do change management very well, probably not the best fit for someone.

easy work! Nothing in that warehouse is Hard work. Laid back management. You get to wear anything you would like to work. Very good place to work. I highly recommend it.

Great Company

Fair pay, comprehensive training (what is being used now, I helped put together), gives back to the community both local and abroad, mostly great managers, amazing communication between management. Only downfall is that my job was sent to Mexico. I would still be working there if it had stayed in the US.
