pay is competitive, 401k, PTO is adequate.
Horrible office culture. Unfriendly atmosphere. Clicky, and gossipy behaviors by higher ups, little employee education other than the computer

Stop patting yourself on the back. Noone cares that you think this a 5 star location. If it is, it doesnt seem like it! Fact is, what you say are your standards and values is not what you really promote in the field. Stop the bullying, gossiping and exclusion behaviors by supervisors and administrators and start working on an inclusive, supportive atmosphere. I hate to tell you this, but most of the employees seem to hate their jobs! Maybe its just this location, but working here is a depressing, disheartening experience. Bigger isnt always better.

I will of course pass your comments along to the management team; I know they will be interested to hear of your experience as well. You are correct about our New Haven office receiving a 5-Star rating and perhaps you helped contribute to that while you were in our employ. Again, thank you for taking the time to respond.", "responseOriginal": null, "countNotHelpful": 0}]

Excellent clinical team. Company is lead by a ethical President who has the support of her employees.
The company has a tendency to overwork their A players. Which leads to burnout.

If you have another job, then this would be perfect. Not enough hours unless you're willing to work 7 days a week.
Supervisor is terrific. Flexibility as to work hours and geographic locations that you are willing to work.
Lack of hours-everyone is hired per-diem. No raise in about 6 years.

However, your comment about not having received an increase in six years is concerning. I know for a fact - because I put them through - we regularly approve Home Health Aide increase requests; and we do that despite the current reimbursement environment all healthcare organizations are in. \r\n\r\nI would suggest you reach out to your supervisor as soon as possible to discuss the pay concern or feel free to contact me directly at 860-632-3927 (direct office line).\r\n\r\nAgain, thank you,\r\n\r\nJohn W.
