New Era has been in a constant state of chance since before I arrived, but that hasn't always been a downside. During my time there management changed over three times, but key players in sales and dev ops were kept to ensure the factory kept on humming. There were new technology challenges every day which made things interesting but sometimes frustrating. Management and leadership has changed a lot in the last couple of years. Co-workers were always great to be around and made many new friends. Hardest part of the job was dealing with some persistent technology challenges and lack of training.
