Adult Content is actually pretty interesting. Some great insight into consumer behavior in cable VOD, great research staff. Nice location in north Boulder. Management infighting, nepotism, killed the company. A wonderful environment to work in as your first gig. The employees and colleagues are a blast to work with. I especially enjoyed the company's ambitions to better their employees with additional education in the field. At the time thecompany was split into two separate teams working in two different facilities. A facility for the technical and one for the creative. Management doesn't take credit for the lack of training new employees get and in turn blame them for mistakes. If proper training were provided, perhaps there would be fewer mistakes to begin with.
