A wonderful environment to work in as your first gig. The employees and colleagues are a blast to work with. I especially enjoyed the company's ambitions to better their employees with additional education in the field.

At the time thecompany was split into two separate teams working in two different facilities. A facility for the technical and one for the creative. The company was not cohesive as a whole and there was much tension between the two teams and made the company have a segregated feel to it.

Perhaps actual training to new employees would retain some of them for longer than a month. Management doesn't take credit for the lack of training new employees get and in turn blame them for mistakes. If proper training were provided, perhaps there would be fewer mistakes to begin with. Management is so involved with meeting their own deadlines and sucking up to their superiors that supporting their staff is an inconvenience to them.
