I was able to become more proficient in the skills that I already had as well as develop new administrative skills. The most difficult part of the job was leaving when my contract was up. I cried when I had to leave. This was a part time job. I was the first secretary that the church had. Before that I had volunteered and did a lot of the things that I was eventually paid to do. The most enjoyable part of the role was building relationships with those that I worked alongside and with the people we were serving.
