Forward-thinking environment. Mid-level managers and employees at lower levels are the true heart of this organization. State benefits are top rate, good amount of vacation and sick time. The HR Department is ruining the culture and needs a complete overhaul of old fashion views. Could use more diversity in higher-level positions. Would love to see a minority in a Sr. Level position or in 2nd command to the CEO. Someone for the employees in a highly political environment. Most situations are set up to make the employee fail and pplicies often make things ineffective. If you are an intelligent person who likes to find ways to get things done outside of normal thinking, this is no the place for you. Often asked to work through lunch or not take lunch at all. Asked to ignore applicants while senior management backpedals on issues with ineffective programs.
