The pros would be able to work from home for three years now which works best for our family because I am the caregiver for an aging family member! I can honestly say I've had so many jobs and this is a really great one. After 3 months you can work from home, they always have refreshments that are open to all employees and every month they buy us donuts, cake, and lunch. We also have free access to a gym. Management is very good at what they do in our field of work but also with employee interaction in that they understand we are not robots but actual human beings. At my previous jobs there were always people complaining and talking about how they wanted to quit or go home, and that energy is easily transferrable. This job has a good scenery with people who actually want to be here and it shows. Another important thing to me was diversity. In previous jobs there would be a lot of Caucasian people or African American, wither way there would always be more predominant ethnicity, because I am mixed it was important for me to be surrounded with all different types of people and culture. I wont lie and say every day is perfect because there is no such thing. However, when you can wake up and feel overall content and happy about where you spend 8 hours+ of your day, that is a feeling I strive for. The hardest part of the job is that you must stay focused to reach your goals and for me that works good because I like to be constantly doing something. However, with that because we are using a lot of brain power I would say it would be nice if we had more break time. Seems to be a high turn over rate, some employees continuously miss the mark on service levels yet they are still employeed years later.
