No benefits or pros at all. Dont join this company.

Their biggest issue is Divide and Rule policy. Process and rules are different for PM and developers. Issue with leave approval for developers. Force you to work on saturday. No work ethics. Lots of work pressue.
They monitor your work by softwares which take screenshot every 10 mins. Not doing appraisals on name of covid. No work life balance.

I joined NMG as Sr SEO . I can say from my experience that the amount of learning of REAL Advanced SEO I have got in this organization , it has opened up my eyes towards SEO as a profession.
We do indepth learning programs and then execute on our projects. The whole research , learning process is tied to the actual real SEO project execution and I got to see the results of my efforts on my client projects.
Its been 11 month since I have joined the company and I can say my learning here has been more than what I learnt in last 5 years in my previous jobs.
The SEO team here is for doers who believe in the science of SEO and are data driven. SEO is not easy but our learning process makes this a cake walk.

* They can Change Office Location without Prior information to employees and force them to join office at new City (which require 4-4.5 hour commute daily).
* Hire Employees as their requirement fullfill/Project complete. why don't they hire freelancer / project bases employee.
* No JOb Security. NO Future.
* Currently Running Office in Co-working space and can Shut down office anytime.
