The owner is even worse. If you want to watch sexual harassment take place daily it was a great place to work. Co-workers are generally good people. The owner is a terrible micro manager who uses immature tactics to manipulate workers into working far too hard for way too little. Takes forever to get benefits. PTO not sufficient for anyone with a family. Management cares about the employees and you are surrounded by hard working people. Work is difficult and at times very boring. 40 hours a week feels like much more than that.
