Very human, very adaptable, management AND all employees. Also a very interesting domain (open source PLUS intellectual property). Participation to many open source projects. a good mix of seeing customers (pretty much everybody see customers) and developing product. Now, I co-founded this company - I left it in 2013, but I'm still not neutral about it :) | As the company hasn't been raising *any* money, it only spends the money it makes.
