Major turn over of staff and doctors worst job ever no support unable to voice concerbs everything changes daily. No lunch break if busy, no supplies, no incentives quick write ups

Management is a joke. The pay is on the low end of the spectrum. Training or lack thereof isnt up to par. They expect almost impossible feats with minimal staff. Management barely knows processes that are emailed out by corporate. You are encouraged to not follow process all because a provider wants to be a premadonna and wants to follow their own rules, and the clinic manger is too scared to take control of her clinic.

They expect you to do the functions of about 4 people alone, for 13 hours and still have the audacity to get upset when you didnt answer every telephone call. Its literally all about the money there.

From the beginning with no training or guidance you are expected to perform. The management is sketchy and a fire first before training attitude. Pay is low. Amazing i lasted 6 years.

Company doesn't back up employees
|
I worked for this company for 2years and received the bonus I signed up for when I started but when I left the company they took $2,000 out my paycheck. I am a single mother of 3 and that money being taken from me set me back a great deal. I filed with the Texas Workforce Commission for unpaid wages and it was granted in my favor and they still haven't paid me back what was owed to me. This is a horrible company to work for and I certainly wouldn't recommend it.
