Laid back enviornment, lack of communication

The company has a laid back atmosphere. The employees are easy to get along with. It was nice being able to wear jeans to work every day.

Communication from management was lacking. If an item was mentioned that needed to be completed, there was no direction on how to do it. If there was direction, it was not very deep and a lot was left to infer. Negative feedback was not provided to the employee.

The office is modern and laid back, and Fort Point is a pretty neat area. The internship was *paid*, which of course is great, and all too rare these days! My manager was super nice, and it was a great experience overall.
