The worst management I have ever had the misery of working for. People are promotes when they are 'last man standing'. The software they are developing is vapor. The departments are all siloed. HR is brain dead. The offshore team twiddles its' thumbs. Hands down the worst 2 years of my working life.
People that should have been promoted were looked over time and again. I guess idiots have a hard time recognizing brilliance.

Remote work, good benefits, somewhat competitive pay.
|
No growth opportunities, company's direction has changed too many times and remains unclear, waves of layoffs to save money. So many people working there that just don't care, managers that do absolutely nothing in their jobs but get paid way more than what they deserve, and don't provide any clear strategies or solutions for their subordinates, and to get the company to a next level or even motivate people to try to be better. Company promised bonuses yet consistently stiffs the employees of it by changing its structure and metrics. People in IT make obscenely more than those in any other departments, yet the company's product is a mediocre attempt to try to automate what is really just a drayage brokerage business.
