They treat employees fairly, and pay about industry average with good benefits. Management doesn't allow a lot of independent thought. A typical day at work we help customers setup, troubleshoot and configure their pbx systems on the phone. We check IP addresses to verify they are sending to the correct location and they have our correct location so they can make calls through our service. I learned SIP and VoIP while here I was a networking and computer operator. The hardest parts of the job are trying to stay on top of emails, calls and tickets while you are helping our customers troubleshoot their issues. They pay for SIP and VoIP classes.
