I was also responsible to handle coordination tasks for CIT research center. The environment was very civilized and highly innovative. While at the University you leant interacting with different types of people bad or good and the intention would be to cope with their behavior that is so diverse. Indeed, management is an art of managing human and material resources more efficiently and effectively. However, the co-workers would think you know everything when in actual fact you know nothing more than they know. The hardest part of the job is when it come to grading students putting a cut off point for each scores and that is where you come to decide which student should get what grade with what performance and those who should be at the minimum required points for PASS. Its also painful to see some of your students with good conduct failing.
