Just one of many recent initiatives which provide confidence in management, keep it up! Encourage people to take advantage of the benefits Nintex offers, until it becomes part of the culture. Things like utilising personal development budget and being deliberate about taking time off to spend with family, volunteering, etc. The more this gets modelled by leadership, the more it will sink in.

My co-workers are incredibly helpful and capable - and I learn a lot from them. My manager proactively seeks opportunities for me to grow in the areas we agreed on. Ongoing training and certification by reputable third parties are provided, encouraged, and funded by the organization.

We're still working on the right balance of async vs sync communication - so the meeting load tends to grow over time, depending on your role. However, as long as you keep an eye on it, people are respectful of your time and are willing to accommodate suggestions to minimize and shorten sync meetings.

I would not recommend joining the renewals team. The pay is significantly below market standards, which has been acknowledged by management. The team leader lacks proper training and leadership skills, showing favoritism towards certain team members who are not necessarily skilled for their senior roles. Staff members are treated poorly, with competent team members being pushed out. The focus seems to be on maximizing revenue at the expense of customer satisfaction, leaving many customers dissatisfied with the service provided.
